Housing Assessments
Our qualified and highly experienced senior Occupational Therapist undertakes a wide range of housing needs assessments for individual clients', housing associations' and a variety of care providers. ARC Learning Ltd. housing assessment services include Adaptations, New Build, Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) compliance or just simple advice for access and disability equipment equipment around the home.
ARC Learning Ltd. can provide a One-Stop-Shop service from design to final fitting through our network of associates; including Architects, Builders, Equipment Providers, and Ergonomist.
In addition to housing needs assessments, ARC Learning Ltd. is able to tailor specific advisory courses for care and housing providers, to raise awareness of current housing issues and adaptations which may be made to promote client independence and activities of daily living.
