ARC Learning Ltd. is pleased to announce the arrival of Catherine Hood to it's growing team of specialist Consultants.
Catherine comes to ARC Learning Ltd. with an impresive background in community care, and will be taking up her post as Consultant Trainer within the Moving & Handling team. Catherine's knowledge of community care moving & handling policy and practice is extensive, drawn from many years experience risk assessing and problem solving within the 'Home' environment. With our growing number of community care clients' requiring this kind of professional support, Catherine will prove to be a valuable asset to the Team.
ARC Open Forum - for care providers
Later this year ARC Learning Ltd. will hold the first Open Forum for care providers. The Open Forum is intended to provide a platform for manual handling issues to be discussed, and practical problem solving workshops to be undertaken. The Open Forums will be free of charge and include refreshments, with a small charge for lunch, if required. Care providers, both formal and informal are welcome to come along, as well as service users. Numbers will be limited to 20 per Forum, so please keep an eye out on this news page for forthcoming dates and ARC Open Forum programmes.
ARC Open Forums will be held in central Birmingham and North London.
